"Form Follows Function"

The new building is harmonically integrated into Tenuta Löwengang's pre-existing historical complex, which was first erected in the 15th century, and underwent extensive renovation in the 1800's. The external façade is characterized by a large open roof structure typical of the architecture of this region, the southern part of Alto Adige.

In the new construction only natural materials such as wood and stone were used, with very few exceptions. The office administration area offers a very high level of worker comfort and liveability:
• The offices lead into an interior winter garden, where plants play an important functional and aesthetic role.

• Working areas are kept free of electromagnetic radiation.
• A glass roof jutting out of the building and large windows provide optimal luminosity in the offices, reducing the need for artificial light to a few hours a year.
